I needed items/junk removal from my Mother's home which included a deep garage and water damaged basement. James was very honest with pricing and available right away for a quote and scheduling of services. He is friendly, professional, courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs as I was in from out of state with a hectic schedule and limited time. James and his crew did a fantastic job which included clean up after removal. They also would ask about certain items of potential value that I may have missed before loading for disposal. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. Thanks James for a great experience during a hectic and difficult time.

Very helpful! I would choose them over any haul away service. They removed two old televisions from my home for a very low reasonable rate. Came back five days later to unistall, and remove an old washer, they installed my new washer.

They were able to help me the same day. They communicated frequently letting me know they were going to be a few minutes late. All other contractors can learn from Thunderbird! I highly recommend them.

Arrived on time. Carried a heavy queen size sofa sleeper down the stairs and out to their truck. Very polite and friendly.

We were moving and had a ton of trash our regular trash pick up couldnâ t handle. Thunderbird picked up all of the trash when they said they would, and sent me before and after pics (since we had already left the house). They were true to their word! A little pricey, but worth the piece of mind.
