Fixed problems with initial work.make sure the order comes with the warranty you prefer there are three different warranty's for three different quality of metal. Review work with another contractor or someone with experience.

Left two corners of the roof entirely undone--did not place the screws on two corners for about fifteen feet, with nothing to secure it. One of the capping peices on top had only one screw holding it on. Nowhere near up to code. Another contractor stated that they should have placed at least four or five rows of screws no more than five feet apart--they did a rush job with only three rows of screws. They also used an inferior product that is already showing signs of rust. They did a horrible job, and still haven't fixed it weeks after I texted pictures of the shoddy work to Rowdy. I wish this review allowed pictures--I certainly would have submitted them.

I hired Mr.Rowdy Owens on 8-4-2015 I paid him his starting percentage with a lil extra the bid is to add three bedrooms,2 baths also remodel my kitchen he assured me the job would last about a month cool deal .fast forward he has not showed up 17 days total all together ex-cluding Sundays every time I call yes he does answer all my calls he assured me the job would be done on 9-5-15 I call him today which is 9-5-2015 he assured me he will come 9-7-2015 and Tuesday 9-8-2015.im just worried I have been stuck before .he has put up the foundation, structure he shows up work a day or two then he goes missing I will do another update when Mr,Rowdy Owens finish hopefully ...

Did not have correct hardware for one of the gates.. Work performed on 7/25/15.. Found out on 07/28/15 that hardware for gate will not be in until 08/03/15.. Not really pleased with that answer...

They did such an an amazing and fast job (completed same day, worked until 9pm) that I hired them to do another huge job at my house, and I plan to call them for future work as well. All their employees were very courteous and professional.

Mr. Owen did an excellent job of repairing my broken fence at a very reasonable price. I plan to use his service on another job I have coming up in the fall.

This company is very outstanding. Did a wonderful job completing my roof in a great time period. I would recommend these workers to anyone.
