Timely arrival and very nice

I had the best customer service with Hector and his wife who came to give me an estimate on my house that i was putting on the market for sale. I truly didn’t think that he would be able to get all the oil stains of the carpets, but he told me that he could so I took his word. Today August 19, 2019 he came and cleaned my carpets and they looked so good that my eyes couldn’t believe. I highly recommend him! Start to finish I had nothing but good experience and will use him again in the future.

Hector and his wife were courteous and professional. After cleaning my carpet, there were a few spots that did not come completely clean. Hector and his wife promptly responded to my call and returned to my home. They explained to me that it was possible those spots did not come clean because of dirt in the padding underneath that had been drawn to the surface during the initial cleaning. In fact, I had had a major construction project in the room and so it was quite possible that there was more than a normal amount of dirt/debris in the padding. Hector and his wife re cleaned the carpet at no additional expense to me and now it looks great. I would definitely hire them again because they are honest and went above and beyond to make the job right. Thank you!

Hector was very thorough with his cleaning. I explained to him the problem areas of my carpets and he pointed out some areas as well.

Highly recommended! Hector was prompt, professional and respectful. They did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with their work. They used footies and a floor cover so they wouldn't track anything on the floor as they cleaned. I plan on using them again in the future when needed.

Hector Carpet Cleaning was an excellent choice for cleaning the carpet in the condo. There were a couple of spots and stains in various rooms. Hector carpet cleaning did an excellent job of removing the spots and stains. The carpet smelled good and was very clean before and after it dried. The time it took to clean was an appropriate time. I was very happy and pleased with the results.

We used at least 4 different carpet cleaning companies in the past, and it is the first time I hired Hector Carpet Cleaning. I am extremely happy with the service. I originally wanted to replace the carpet for the entire house, as other carpet cleaning companies told me they could not get rid of the black edges of the carpets. After the carpet cleaning is done by Hector and wife, I changed my mind. Some of the black edges are gone, and some look much better. I do not think I need new carpet right away. I also wanted to mention that they covered the hardwood and tile floors at the foyer and kitchen to walk on to the family room and up to the stairs for carpet cleaning. I have never seen other firms doing that. I highly recommend this Contractor. They are professional, serious, thorough.
