Drywall Installation
What I found is that they wanted an extraordinary amount of money up front and the owner said he couldn't fund the materials. We agreed when didn't want to and the first crew they sent out the demo crew didn't even know who they worked for. The next crew came in and that's where the trouble started. They came and wanted more money we said no so I guess to pay us back the Sheetrock crew that HFA sent out completely tore up my house. The walls were crooked, the left holes. They tore up and ruined my wood floor and I have the pictures to prove just the beginning of this. Our house was a 1300 sqft job and we paid them $5000.+

The final results were fantastic! Had some trouble getting them to call me back at times. Start was delayed a few days and the end was delayed over a week. But, totally worth the wait.

HFA Builders are "Very" professional, they pay attention to detail...much of how I expected of myself. Overall, very happy with the results of the remodel project they performed. The only feedback or caution in working with them would be to have "all" the details of the work to the smallest item written in the contract as they overlooked a few minor things that could of been prevented if it was written down. They did though make right on it...it just caused a little concern.

HFA is customer driven Luis Taipe and Fernando Atocha gave us execellent quotes well below other companies. We had major interior re modeling with some exterior painting and outside light fixture updates we also added several interior projects and they still finished close to they're completion date. There were some bumps along the way but it wasn't they're doing. They were very professional in everything that they did, as we were still living inside while work was being done. loved working with HFA - they came by on the WEEKEND to go over the work we wanted to do initially - the quote they gave was significantly less than what other companies had given. They've done several projects for us since: tiled over brick fireplace, tile work in our bathrooms, and granite countertops. They even came out to fix our leaking kitchen faucet and installed a new one for us too. We have several other projects on the horizon and hope to bring them in for those as well. The other great thing about them - you pay them when the job is done and to your satisfaction.

WOW! THEY HAVE DONE A FANTASTIC JOB. VERY PROFESSIONAL, CURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. COMPLETED THE PROJECT BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME. WORKMANSHIP IS GREAT. I HAD A 54 FT X 10 FT PATIO ROOF INSTALLED AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. LUIS, THE OWNER IS VERY RESPONSIVE TO YOUR NEEDS AND HAS GREAT SUGGESTIONS. I AM PLANNING IN THE NEAR FUTURE TO HAVE THEM REMODEL MY 2 BATHROOMS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY.

THE OWNERS ARE VERY NICE AND ACCOMODATING. THEY WORK WEEKENDS ALSO SO HOMEOWNERS LIKE ME CAN GET BACK TO NORMAL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WOULD DEFINATELY USE THEM AGAIN AND HAVE REFERRED THEM TO ANOTHER HOMEOWNER IN MY AREA.

Working with HFA Builders was a really great experience. They were 100% professional, a great value for the high quality of work performed, and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. After my condo got flooded, they did drywall repair, baseboard installation, painting, and stained concrete flooring and it turned out EXACTLY the way I wanted it. Luis and Fernando are super nice, easy to get a hold of while on my job, and constantly kept me in the loop with the work that was being done at my house from beginning to end. I would recommend them for any type of work!

It's very rare to find a good contractor. It's almost impossible to find a GREAT contractor. Hector and his company are in the great contractor category. Work was done on time, on budget and the results were outstanding. Everything from the initial contact to the bid to the contract and subsequent work was outstanding. In any major renovation or construction project problems will arise. My project was no exception but any problem I found was immediately resolved to my satisfaction. I also added several change order add on projects as the work progressed and these were bid and handled very quickly. I am extremely happy with the results!

They are very nice people. Honest, rather than try to rip you off. Also they are home builders so they pretty much can do anything for your house. I end up using them to remodel my kitchen, bathroom, and fixing the roof. price is very reasonable. would use them again.

Fernando & his crew were very fast, efficient & did a great job. They also did the job right & I was so pleased with the work they did. I had family over for Thanksgiving & just could not resist showing off my repaired/new closet. Again, Fernando did a great job & I would definitely recommend them to others!

Didn't quite follow instructions and failed to bid properly on the job after I express that it cabinet components were frameless. The overall job was fair to good. I would recommend them based solely on timeliness and reliability.
