Architectural Service
Do not recommend. I hired Hedgemond Planning and Development to prepare ADU plans and submit them to the city for approval. Nearly two years later?and after paying over $10,000?I still do not have an approved ADU.
Throughout the process, timelines were repeatedly missed and expectations were not met. The company overpromised and underdelivered. I chose them because their pricing was lower than other firms, but the delays, lack of results, and ongoing frustration ended up costing far more in the long run.
