Excellent work done. Under cabinet sink valves which were corroded were replaced by new ones solderedi n. Corroded faucets were removed and hoses replaced. Perfect work, as always!

This was my Fall HVAC check. Everything was fine. Ken has been my service tech for a fairly long time & he is excellent.

Connor and Ryan did a very thorough job in checking everything and making sure all clogs were cleared.

Our hot water pressure in our house dropped to zero while the hot water heater was under warranty. With ladies in the house wanting to wash their hair, this was an emergency! :) Brady with Hedrick’s Service Now came out and immediately noticed that the emergency cut-off valve had tripped and reset it. While here, he rearranged the cut-off valve cord. Before leaving, he explained why the cut-off valve tripped and how I can reset it in the future. He even took photos of the water heater which was located in the attic to graphically show how to change the cut-off valve batteries in the future. He was very patient and answered all of my many questions before leaving. This is a perfect example of the great service Hedrick’s Service Now provides their customers. I rate them Five Stars!!!
