I had a copper pipe manifold slab leak in my 1978 built home. H&Y techs located and capped the leak, then ran a new PEX line overhead, to repair the leak and restore water service.

They responded quickly and honored the quoted price. I think the pipe routing could have been better but it was acceptable. They were the middle of three as far as cost which I thought was about $200 to high. I probably would hire again.

Sam did a great job getting my fireplace gas piping replaced. He worked efficiently and minimized the repair work needed to be done to the drywall.

Plumbers never finished the plumbing job. Drywall never finished the drywall job. No one returned messages. Insurance payout was an issue because plumbers didn't explain things correctly to the insurance guy. The plumber said,let us explain it, because we deal with insurance all the time. Of 2 1/2 baths, I've had only the 1/2 bathroom & 3/4 bathroom (since tub doesn't work at all now that they tried to fix the leak.) for the past year &they won't return calls or texts. Too bad I can't show the pictures... I'm 10K in the hole for flooring they ripped up, saying the insurance will pay for it. No. They don't.

The convenience of email has made it necessary to ask for an itemized bill. The project was completed timely. The professionalism of Vincent and his helper Jerry was outstanding. Vincent is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I would hire H&YP again.
