My wife and I were thinking of extending both the back patio and the driveway. After calling several businesses, not getting what we wanted, Alberto from Hefty Concrete called me via HomeAdvisor. When I tell you his customer service, knowledge, and communication were BEYOND amazing, it’s an understatement. He came out to our home and asked us what we wanted, and after truly listing to it all (it was a lot) he sent back an estimate within 2 days. We were already excited to move forward with him just off his customer service alone, but when that quote came back, we were completely sold! They did both jobs in less that two days and went ABOVE AND BEYOND working even at night against a deadline and were extremely professional. Ask them anything! No question is too small or bogus. You will be happy you chose Hefty! We sure are!!! Alberto and Raul are top notch!!!!
