Heidi’s Commercial Cleaning

I hired Heidi's Commercial Cleaning back in December of 2023 as (Heidi and her son) and I did a walk-through on exactly what I needed to get done with doing a bi-weekly cleaning on a 5,000 square feet business facility. They did a one-time deep cleaning the following month of January, it took them about 3 hours with three girls during the (1st time deep cleaning) as they were trying to get a feel for my business. So far within the past 3 months (Jan/Feb/Mar) they have done a total of 5 cleanings which include two in February, and two more this month of March. I wish I didn't have to micro-manage them but I do because they forget to clean certain area's each & every time which is extremely disappointing. The lead person (Kathy) doesn't take direction well, when you give here feedback she will yell at you in a disrespectful, rude, & reckless manner. It is clear to me that this cleaning company is not the right fit for my business and is not recommended.
