Landscape Synthetic Grass for Putting Greens, Play Areas, etc. Installation

We had Heidrich install plant material last year. 3 of the trees they installed died. They also installed a very expensive water drainage system that does not work at all. After the very first rainfall, the yard flooded. I sent the owner photos of the flooding problem multiple times. Despite his promises to fix the issue, he never came by. Do not use this company, they do not stand behind their work.

Friday I got a call from Brian. Monday we met. Tuesday evening I had a 60ft brick walkway installed. I was afraid a new walk would not match the rustic setting of this old barn we live in. Brian got some used brick and followed the original curvy path. He was very good at making sure I was pleased with the job. I was. Everyone says it looks like it was always there. Lots of compliments from the neighbors.

We are extremely pleased with the work from beginning to end. They worked on schedule and we were kept abreast of any changes. All the work was completed, as contracted and in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this landscaping company.

Not satisfied with the quality of the work, very disappointed and annoyed on the lack of response. UPDATE 6/21/2018 : after consultation with HomeAdvisor Brian did address our concerns satisfactorily. I feel it would not have been resolved had HomeAdvisor not intervened.

These guys are top notch, from the estimating process to completion of the job they were a pleasure to do business with. They arrived every day on time and left everything clean at the end of the day. The workmanship was outstanding, they delivered what they said they would on budget and on time. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the past 10 years and I always dread having people working at the house for extended periods of time, but I have to give these guys credit, they were easy to do business with and the owners were on top of the work every step of the way. Would I do business with these guys again.. absolutely!
