Jamie is one of the biggest jerks I have ever made the mistake of doing business with. Do not ever hire him. I had give him zero stars if that was even an option. The repairs; he made to my roof I had inspected by another several other roofing companies and they said the work was so bad they had sue him. He canceled meeting with me multiple multiple times. He would not answer the phone. He does not want to talk with you. He does not care about the quality of work or customer satisfaction. Throughout our conversations he was very unprofessional and often would yell and cuss. His crew pooped on my property and covered it up with napkins. His crew left trash on my property even after I mentioned it to Jamie and he said it would not happen again. This man Is a crook and an actual criminal. Look him up. Please do not do business with him. Do not pay him any money. Based on his work, his crew is unable to do basic repairs. He is a big bully that will force you to agree yes or no on stuff and does not care about anything but getting paid. He denied his work was done wrong. He would not give me a refund. I cannot say it enough, please please please do not do business with him. If you do business with him, you will regret it and end up having to pay someone else to redo all the Poor quality and ;work; he did. I would say do not pay him a dime until the work is complete but do not even go that far. Do not hire him. I have included pictures of his work and pictures of the mess his crew made. In our contract he stated that he would replace every screw on my roof. In a later conversation he explained that he did not even need to do that because the water would not have anytime to get in the worn ones, basically admitting to me that he had no intention of following through with our contract. He claimed that 85% of the job was complete. When I visually inspected my roof it was very clear that that was not the case and when I brought it up to him he responded with and Well you are the one who said you did not want to go up there and do it yourself. He had every intention to take advantage of me. He is a cheat. Please do not hire him. When I expresses that I was unsatisfied with his work he responded with , We did not burn anything, we did not steal anything, I did not f**k your wife so I do not know what your problem is.; Heights Roofing and the services they provide are not even worth the actual crap his crew took on my property.

BUYER BEWARE - WOULD NOT HIRE AGAIN The job I contracted was well priced for a roof and gutter system installation in 2018. Two years later, I have mold, leaks, and gutters that do not function due to poor installation. The contract I signed came with a 5-year warranty for labor, which I thought was great, but I did not realize how the company would skirt this warranty at all costs. It is nearly impossible to get a company representative to come out to assess any damage that needs repairing. Also, their system for *repairing* for the roof was simply a tube of caulk despite the fact that there are boards that have black mold and severe rot, which should have been replaced upon initial installation. The owner of the company, Jamie Butenbach, lacks integrity and is not involved in the company as a true businessman ought to be. He simply hires out the job to individuals willing to do the work. Language barrier is a true factor as well. I do not speak Spanish, and I communicated this to the owner Jamie. I even invited Jamie to come out to my home himself so we could discuss and assess the repairs needed. Instead, Jamie sent his *repair guy* who was equipped with one tube of caulk and knew very little English. Even though I was not able to communicate fully with this repairman, he somehow assessed that the damage was not the company's responsibility even though he did not inspect all the leaks. As for the damaged gutter system, the repairman said to contact our "gutter guy." When I tried to communicate with the repairman that Heights was the company who installed the gutters he seemed surprised. This is less of a roofing company and more of a *do it all* company. As a result, the company suffers from the fact that they do a lot of tasks with mediocrity rather than one task with prestige or professionalism. I am incredibly disappointed in this company and the services they provided. It was a very discouraging experience and honestly made me lose a little faith in humanity. I thought a contract and someone's word meant more than this. I will be doing some repairs myself and will have to hire out another company to fix the rest. Also, if my word is not enough, you may be interested to know that I had another contractor out for a completely separate job who noted the issues with the roof and asked who did the work. When I told him it was Heights, the contractor recognized Jamies company and warned me that Jamie has been creating and dissolving businesses for years to avoid legal repercussions, and the contractor was aware of an individual in the process of suing. If you are a woman considering hiring this company, I strongly suggest googling this company and Jamie before hiring.

They were dishonest from the beginning, the contract was very deceiving. The original salesman hand wrote a description of the work without even having someone there that knows what they can and cannot do. No contact unless initiated by the customer. Read every single word of the contract, keep it over night and don't be pressured into signing it.

I would not advice to use this company. they lack in professionalism. they did the job but it took them four months.

The entire team was professional and the quality of service was excellent. I knew from the initial contact that the company had integrity that I didnâ t consider getting any more estimates.

I had a bathroom addition added to my house, the end product was absolutely amazing, it is like a spa. I was kept informed every step of the way. When they found small things that were not included on the original estimate they just went ahead and fixed it. My wife and I are very happy with our new bathroom.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Heights Roofing. They were completely professional, efficient, and prompt. The work was completed in one day, including cleanup and came back the next day to insure the work was completed as promised.

They tell you one thing and do the opposite. They do not follow through.

They make you feel special. Very courteous. The job done was very professional. There was always a direct line of communication.

I had new siding and a roof installed it took less than a week and was an amazing job. Everything was cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely deal with Chip and his crews again.

just that they were outstanding

The only good thing I can say about this company is that they did return my down payment. A lot of time was spent on preparation and layout and detailing and then once everything was ready to go and we paid them it was several weeks before they got back to us and they took on another job after they said that they were going to get us next and then it just put us on the back burner and so we just had to let these people go and find someone else.

Friendly, Knowledgeable, Prompt. Would hire this company again.
