our roofing project got delayed over a year. Wes was our contact, he came out, climbed all over house, didn't make false promises about free roof from hail damage(lots of others do !). Had best price on estimate. We we restarted project again bid and roof pro was lowest cost. was able to fit our time schedule(I travel frequently). got it done in a day, great clean up, friendly, supportive, professional workers.

The first thing to do for replacing my roof is to get an estimate of price and the amount of roofing materials to be used. When Sean from Heirloom Homes & Construction came to do the estimate, my neighbor just replaced his roof by another roofing company and several sqs of unused shingles were towed away. Sean told me that your neighbor has to pay for the unused shingles as well as the installation cost. When my roof was replaced, almost all materials were used, there was not much waste. In addition, Heirloom Homes & Construction has a full time supervisor who make sure the roof is installed with high quality. It is highly recommend

Crew showed up when scheduled, would have completed the job, 4500 square feet of shingles, in one day but ran out of shingles and hand to come back the next morning for about a hour. I would diffently recomment them to anyone and should I ever need roofing again I will have them back.

Prompt service, competitive pricing, rated A by the Better Business Bureau, answered all of my questions in an understandable manner. Once selected, was able to complete the job within 4 days. Very courteous and gave me a very detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done. The reason I went with Heirloom over another Pro was that their estimate was the most detailed of all. I knew EXACTLY what was going to be done. Would definitely recommend them again. Have already had 2 large rain storms since roof was installed. No problems yet!

Sean was wonderful. He was honest and informative through the entire thing, from the quote to the work. He took the time to explain my options and the pros and cons of each. I was really impressed with the overall experience with Heirloom Homes and Constructions. They did an excellent job on our new roof. Sean and I discussed the need to be more thorough pertaining to the end of the contract. However, Sean was very good about any questions that needed to be answered.

Sean Coleman came out and gave me an estimate and I agreed for him to go ahead and complete the project. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me pictures he took while inspecting my roof. He was at my house the next afternoon and made the repairs to my roof. He did a great job. I received a very courteous call from Sean Coleman for information so that he could identify the problem. He then called me from my house and told me what would be required to repair my roof and how much it would cost. He said he would get it fixed this week and he fixed it the very next day, charged me what he said he would, and did a good job on my roof. What more could any customer ask for?
