He was thorough, but due to previous back injury did not get up on roof. Gave great explanations of items that were service related versus safety hazards. Was on time and pleasant. He did not call the listing agent to arrange the inspection, so the owners didn't know we were coming. Luckily they let us do the inspection anyway.
