I booked with this company recently since they were recommended by my sister who had a very pleasant experience with Gerson and Leo. They also handled my moving this past weekend and they were very quick and mindful of the furniture, placed everything carefully with no damage. They were very polite and explained the moving process clearly. I would highly recommend their service. Thank you Gerson and Leo for making a stressful process very quick and easy!!

First of all the movers is very aggressive with bad attitude. They forced me to take an insurance without allowing me to fully read the contract. There was a dispute on the hourly billing rate I contacted customer service which was unhelpful, unfriendly and unapologetic. The sales rep was upset I was disturbing him on his day off. He then told me that he make his mover leave my furniture in the parking lot. The movers broke a glass desk. I have not gotten a follow up from the company for the reimbursement yet. Do not use this company.

Margaret, we do apologize for the bad moving experience. It was literally impossible to talk to you. Your expectations were completely not aligned with the moving process and moving service. Mine was a small move - moving some things from my brother's place near Culpepper, VA to my place in Silver Spring, MD. Helix did not insist on a $1,000 minimum. Every member of the Helix Moving team was easy to work with, provided clear information, and performed the move with no complications. Further, the actual cost came in well below the estimate. I will definitely use their service again.

The Helix crew were extremely responsive, kept in communication with me about my urgent move and did a fantastic job! They unloaded and disposed of a few boxes for which I hadn’t requested & I am very appreciative! My furniture was well protected and they were very efficient during the actual move. Also, the price was competitive. Overall the team was highly competent. I will use Helix for all my future moves!

I would like to thank Helix for their service. They called and said when arrival would be and arrived right in time. They were courteous and caring in moving my brother from one assisted living to another. The guys were great! We would definitely recommend using Helix from a small move to a big move! Bladimir, Fernando, and Carlos were awesome! Arrived ahead of schedule and started right away. Even with the stairs at apartment moving from to the stairs at apartment moving to, they knocked it out in no time. Professional, courteous, great customer service. Will recommend Helix Transfer & Storage to others and would use again.
