Charles called and showed up at the set time as promised. They were prompt and Charles is the only one (out of 3 different companies) who took the time to go look and inspect our attic for termites. He explained everything and we were very happy with Hello Green's overall services.

I needed a Termite Inspection for a new home purchase in Crosby. I contacted Charles and he was able to get it done that same day. He was very professional and his report was very thorough. I was able to pay over the phone so I didn't need to meet him which saved me time. I would highly recommend Hello Green Pest Solutions!

I don't believe the products used by the company are as effective as other pest control methods

"Karen as per our discussion at the time of your service I explain how the products work in the green industry it will break down within 30 days that is why I do not recommend a one-time treatment but I still offer them with a 30day warranty. I'f you had any issues in within the 30 days to call me and I'll come back for free to take care of the issues per your 30day warranty. Also with the food waters you will notice activity. Charles was fantastic. We called him out to remove some birds from our chimney. While the birds had left, he did a great job preventing them from returning. He made sure that we had a permanent solution and didn't finish until he was satisfied the job was done right. I will definitely call him again if we have other pest problems.

Charles was extremely knowledgeable, took care of the bugs quickly. Service was thorough, reasonable. Highly recommend this company. Also hired him for gutter cleaning, he did tremendous job on that also. Excellent service.

We captured three raccoons who were pestering my yard and coming in through the pet door to eat the cat food. Charles set traps for four nights running. The last one caught a possum. He let them go to greener pastures where they had water and I have not been bothered since

The green chemicals they used did not get rid of the mites. Conventional chemicals are needed

"I'm sorry you feel the Green products didn't work. All Insects have an egg cycle. This is one of the issues I explained to you. You may need to call back in 10-14 after the initial treatment for us to come back to treat again for the egg cycle. I would definitely rate them higher if I could. this was a really awesome experience, Charles and Amber are very courteous and thorough, hands down they are way above other people I have dealt with. I highly recommend them to everyone I can.
