Hello Movers LLC

This was by far one of the worse experience I ever had with any moving company. Horrible communication and poor execution on the safety of my fragile items and the rude manner of their employees.

Aaron who is the representative is a very dishonest person. He gave me an initial quote over the phone for 3.5k When the movers arrive they refuse to do the job stating that they wanted additional money. Because I was crunched for time, we settled for one price for the entire project $8,250.00. as one price for the entire job. to move a 5 bedroom house from Orlando to Miami. At the end of the first day Aaron switched from one price to hourly rate of $290/hr. To cut the long story short, I have paid over $9,000.00, yet my goods are neither fully moved nor delivered. My goods are supposedly in storage somewhere because their truck break down and I am getting charged for storage as I write this review. instead of delivering Aaron specifically threatened me that he would increase my bill for writing this review. So please be on the alert. Make sure everything is in writing in a physical paper. Do not sign anything electronically. Ensure that they are licensed bonded and insured. Other

We had a complicated and stressful move after being displaced from a rental then having TWO hurricanes cause significant delays in finding a new home. The whole moving team was amazing even with us unexpectedly not being able to be there for the pack out. Nicole has been wonderful with communicating and helping us get everything we need to our insurance company. We have used 2 other moving companies since we have lived in Tampa and were not impressed. We are so happy to have found Hello Movers!

They were great. They knew what the best way to move my couch out and brought my other in. Very professional.

For the most part it was good however they gouged my vinyl floor, my brand new bedroom mirror has a mark in it and the sideboard to my bed. They left all the packing material in the hallway in my boxes that I had to dispose of. Did not wrap or take several of my pictures, small tv or lamps.

Hello Movers did a great job! I am very particular and Damien, Reno and Jesse did a fantastic job with all of my demands. ? The price was reasonable, they were very reliable and easy to contact with any questions I had. One piece of furniture has minor damage so I called and received information on how to file a claim. These guys worked so hard! They delivered a bedroom set to one address, packed a storage unit at another address, and then delivered more things to the final destination. They did it very quickly and my final bill was cheaper than the original quote. I highly recommend this company!

Hello Movers moved me from my small bungalow home in FL to NY. These guys rocked it. They gave me a flat rate which is what I needed. Other company’s were trying to charge me hourly for a long distance move. No thanks. Their pricing was very reasonable. But most importantly, I wanted a company I could trust. Look into to these guys if you’re moving soon.

On a sweltering day, Mike and his coworkers helped me move into my new home with much effort. To top it all off, they were accommodating and on time despite my last-minute call.
