Victor did an great job!!!! He corrected another's work a lot cheaper than the original fix. He also took the time to advise me on other projects, giving me costs and what would be best to do first. He even caught a couple of potential problems i hadn't thought about. Looking for to hiring gain.

Victor was always on time and always called ahead to let me know he was on his way and to confirm the appointment was still needed. He replaced 3 commodes in our new home (we provided the commodes). He also came back the following day to replace our kitchen faucet. He's thorough and explains the process he's going to use and follows up to make sure you are satisfied with the work done (we weren't home for most of the time he was working). Also one of the few small companies that allows you to pay the invoice online. Hello Plumber is not the cheapest quote I received, but certainly not the most expensive - they're quite reasonable. And with the responsiveness I received over the cheapest quote (Hello Plumber wasn't higher by much), I decided to go with them. Would definitely hire again.

Victor was very helpful in diagnosing my problem with my toilet. He replace my two leaking faucets and the project turned out great. Will be using him again.

I received a phone call within seconds after I submitted my online order for services. He called to let me know he would arrive a half hour ahead of the scheduled time. I was very pleased with how pleasant and respectful the plumber was, how clearly he explained the problem and provided me with the total cost. I must also say he did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. I plan to call him when I need plumbing services in the future.

They explained what was happening and fixed the problem. He discussed with my husband how to light the unit and we would be calling on him to fix any plumbing problem.
