I have been a customer for several years and recently have not been important enough for Helms to return calls. answer emails, or show up when they say they are coming. Their 24 hour service is not honored. My recent issue was my hot water heater went out on a Saturday, I left several voice messages and emails and did not hear from them. I had to call another company to replace my water heater, I was out of hot water for 4 days. Helms answered when my son called and said they would be out that afternoon but the did not show up nor did they have the courtesy to call, we were left hanging. I have been disrespected by Helms in this manner several times when I have called for service. I will not use them again.

I contacted this firm to repair my kitchen sink(leaking) and to put in new faucets in the bathroom and to repair my leaking shower as well. The work was preformed in a timely and professional manner. The cost was very fair, and I was pleased at how smooth everything went. I would strongly recommend them for and plumbing issues you might have. John was who did my work.

Chris Helms also installed a new water heater and replaced an outside water faucet. His timeliness, professional work and friendly manner were the best. I highly recommend his company. He even cleaned up an outdoor plumbing outlet that needed resealing that I had forgotten.

Great service and price.

Great, very professional and friendly. Major clog in main line to sink. It gave him problems but he keep at it till it finally opened up. Price was reasonable compared to others. If you want great work with friendly people, this is the one to choose. Will use them again on my next project.

Setting appointment that fit my schedule was very easy. The work done by Chris and John was completed without a flaw and not in the best of conditions. If you want quality work with people that have a great attitude and deliver this at a very fair price - hire Helms Plumbing and Drain.

He's great, always recommend him. He has done complete re-plumbing on my house, put in a dishwasher and garbage disposal as well. Easy to communicate with, honest, does excellent and listened.

Chris was very professional and friendly in suggesting a replacement water heater. Did the job within a few hours at a reasonable price -- much less than other estimates. Will use them again.
