About us
Patricia and Victor Santoro have run HelpMeClean since 2015, cleaning homes in Manatee County, plus Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota and Longboat Key in Sarasota County. Our main work is recurring house cleaning, weekly, every two weeks or monthly, along with deep cleaning and move-in and move-out cleaning. We also organize closets, pantries and garages, clean grout, wash carpets, and clean offices and storefronts. Every visit follows the same written checklist, and we bring every supply. We carry $1M general liability insurance, and if anything is not right, tell us within 72 hours and we come back and touch it up at no charge. Recurring cleaning for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home starts at $180 a visit. Every job starts with a free in-home estimate, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Patricia speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.

I want to personally recommend Help Me Clean! There are not enough words to express how wonderful to work with and the amazing cleaning job that this company does for our home. They meet with you and recommend what needs or can be done with your home. They are punctual and always advises of when they are coming to clean your home. You have an account that will have all your cleaning appointments on it. Which helps with busy life styles. You also get a reminder the day before they are coming to your home. Any special instructions that you have they adhere to them and do it the way you need. If there were more stars I would give them so much more of a rating. I highly recommend this company for any and all cleaning needs.

Patricia’s team started cleaning a friend’s house in the neighborhood and she had nothing but glowing reports on how they went out of their way to do extra things like organize and wipe down inside the refrigerator. I recently hired them and I can honestly say they exceeded all my expectations!! We have a six bedroom four bathroom home and we are rotating deep cleaning every other week. Great team and good price!

We hired this company to do a deep clean for my 83 year-old mom who had let things slide a little bit. Patricia met with us first to clarify what they should clean and what they should not clean and to give us a quote. They did everything. Ceiling fans, scrubbed the baseboards, scrubbed blinds, deep cleaned the tile, the back side and front side of all the doors and so much more. They got everywhere. Great communication. My mom especially liked the little touches that they left like making roses out of toilet paper. Very good company.

"We sincerely appreciate your feedback and look forward to working with your mom again! Many thanks from all HelpMeClean team."

Patricia and Marcella were awesome! They were here promptly (actually a little early) and continued to work, without a break , until they were finished. When they were gone there were some surprises. There was a rose made out of tissue, the patio doors were cleaned and my leather furniture was cleaned. Iâm definitely going to get them back on a regular basis. Mary

Patricia is a very pleasant professional woman who came on time, completed her work promptly, and was very efficient. The fee she charged was very fair in comparison to what I have paid in the past and what other similar companies quoted me for the same job. I give Help Me Clean and her my highest recommendation
