Helping Hands Cleaning & More

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Helping Hands Cleaning and Moore. They made an incredibly difficult process as easy as it could possibly be. My wife, my brother, and I lost both of my parents just 26 days apart. The home we needed to clean out wasn't just any house—it was our childhood home, filled with over 40 years of memories, belongings, and emotions. Going through everything was overwhelming, and the house had accumulated a tremendous amount of clutter and junk over the years. From the very beginning, the entire team at Helping Hands was professional, compassionate, and genuinely kind. They never once made us feel embarrassed or judged by the condition of the house. Instead, they treated us with respect, understanding, and patience during one of the hardest times in our lives. Their work was outstanding, but what truly set them apart was the care they showed our family. They helped lift an enormous burden off our shoulders and made a heartbreaking situation so much more manageable. If you're looking for a company that not only does exceptional work but also treats people with kindness and dignity, I wholeheartedly recommend Helping Hands Cleaning and Moore. We will always be grateful for everything they did for our family.

Helping hands has been coming every other week, and they do a great job! Every time they come the house is spotless! I would highly recommend

Update 2026: We’re still using Helping Hands for bi-weekly cleans, and they have truly been life-changing for our family. As working parents, having their support makes such a difference. Ms. Dana and Ms. Della are incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful. We’re so grateful for the care they put into helping us keep our home together! Amazing experience with our moving deep clean and basement organization. They helped us organize and clean so our home can be presentable to sell and prepare for movers. Our basement was a hot mess full of storage, random boxes from when we moved in, and the team completely cleaned everything out and organized it so well. We couldn’t believe it! Helping Hands Cleaning went above and beyond and now we are using them for housekeeping services at our new home. A million times thank you to Della and team!

I had a great experience with Helping Hands! They were professional and my house looks awesome! Definitely will use again! Update to my original review - I’ve been using them monthly for a couple of years now and they are great. My house always looks so good after they clean!

They did agreat job on our moving out service! The house was immaculate! We highly recommend! Pat and Chris B.

They do a great job! They leave my house looking better than ever and do a much better job than other cleaning services I have used in the past.

Great company! Caring crew, who did a great job on a very tough job. I will use them again, and I highly recommend!

They did a terrific job on my house! Very respectful and helpful! I’m going to have them come again

Della Burnett and her team do an outstanding job, they have done work for me for the last 15 years. Often I would call on Della Burnett to do tasks over and above their normal services, she always comes through. No one touches my home or office but Della Bernet and Helping Hands Cleaning & More!

Good experience but I ve only had one visit.

We were very happy with their work. Plan to use them again in the future

Excellent work did a great job highly recommend

I was impressed with how quickly the woman who owns the company called me back. She was very professional. I couldn't be happier.

Be sure they understand what you want done. Apparently they did not believe what I told about the severity of the project that they were not able to finish the job. Very disappointed and wasted my time. They assured me that they can do it.

They were just absolutely awesome and went above and beyond and did things other company's wouldn't. They did awesome work and didn't stop cleaning the whole time they were here and they are very professional.

Della was very kind and Professional. She helped me when there was no one else to do the work. The crew did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Helping Hands for being there so that I could be done with my move worry freely.

very pleased. Thorough. quick,

These two young ladies did an excellent job. I would have them back in a heartbeat. Thank you for accommodating my schedule. Mary B

A company that truly tries to make the customer happy with excellent customer service and house cleaning.

OMG... I hate nasty tenants! I was so very OVERWHELMED at how the disgusting my kitchen & 2.5 bathrooms were left. I was almost in tears because I am disbled and knew that there was no way I could clean this mess myself. I contacted Home Advisor on Saturday, April 9th and they put me in touch with Della of Helping Hands, whom I hired. Yes, I paid more for weekend rates, but my home was that nasty. When Della & Katie (?) arrived, I was almost in tears. But they assured me that "Things will be okay". Although it did not seem that way at the time, they got all 4 room cleaned in the time they quoted and cleaned to my standards!! I was soooooo very greatful. I was so very thankful. I would absolutely recommend them and if I could give them a star up in the heavans I would!! Thank you Helping Hands!!

I had a good experience w/ this company. My situation was a little difficult, but they were accommodating. The two women that showed up was nice, professional and had all their equipment. I walked them through what I had discussed w/ the owner and they said they had no problem getting the work done. When I returned, the women were finishing up and had done a good job. The one had a tough bathroom to clean and done a great job. The other women did the rest and even was nice enough to do extra dusting on some lights that I didn't even ask, but said she saw it and just did it. I was really appreciative for their help going above and beyond to do a good job. I would hire them again. If I ever decide to add cleaning on a regular basis I won't hesitate to call them.

These ladies went above and beyond what they were hired to do. Della runs an ethical organization. Very personalized service, not a large company so I can have the same people each time. Competitive pricing with quality work.
