Helping Hands Maid Services, Inc.

they were very good

Helping Hands Broker did a great job.

Eva was excellent to speak with about my needs. She was communicative about what the service offered and followed up with what we discussed. The employee did an excellent job in my home which needed a thorough cleaning. I have hired them to clean biweekly.

The ladies were wonderful - they cleaned thoroghly and were incredibly corteous.

Great job.

Helping Hands has been a very good service and they are flexible if I need to change the date or times. When extra projects come up, they are willing to tackle them.

Great job! The cleaning women were courteous and good.

The bathrooms were spotless, especially the shower! The laundry area was very clean. The kitchen was done pretty well. However, there was a bit of water-base paint on a counter that was left there by a painter a few days before the cleaning. It was still there after the cleaning - all it took was a damp paper towel to wipe off. The vacuuming was terrible - fuzz and pet hair just laying on the surface of the carpet. There were a few partial walls that I understood would be wiped off and were not. I was told our work desks would not be cleaned but there were, causing papers to be mixed up. The kitchen table was cleared off except for a box of papers and the tablecloth was not wiped off. It doesn't appear that the blinds were dusted. So overall the cleaning was inconsistent with what I was led to expect.

Did a fine job.

They are on time and do a good job. They are very, very quick.

Fantastic job!!!!! Great cleaning crew I will be using for a very long time from now on.

Arrived early, very accommodating and pleasant. Washed an outside window that was dirty without being asked!

Helping hands did a great job, I will use them on a recurring basis.

They really underestimated the time it would take to do my home after I explicitely told them all the details and how big my home was. Had I known it would take another two + hours and another $75 on top of the $180 for the 4 1/2 hours that they were here, I never would have chosen them for the job. However, the two girls that were here were pretty good - constantly working, and did a good job on cleaning what they did clean. They were not able to stay the extra time they needed and management offered to send someone else later in the day, around 4pm. Since I was having a meeting in my home that night, I cleaned the top floor myself!

Very good service with lots of extra work.

Arrived promptly on time and provided all the services agreed to. Highly recommend!

She was beyond very good, exceptional, extremely thoroughly, just too wonderful for words. She went beyond what we expected. My parents are getting older and hard to keep a house clean. She was truly a blessing to them, they are so so happy. Thank you. We will be having her clean their house bi-monthly. Thanks again. Victoria L. Benson daughter of Ernest and Bessie Wiley

on time and did a great job

Excellent work, the house that they did was VERY dusty and in need of a deep, deep clean. And they did a wonderful job. I will have them come back and clean again. The price was right too! I highly recommend Helping Hands.

Very prompt on scheduling an appointment for estimate and service. Did a very good job on cleaning. The only thing is, I thought they could have spent more time in the homing cleaning

They were on time and our place smelled and looked so clean when they left. They even got out tough stains that I haven't been able to get out ever!

Courteous, quick and thorough. Thank you!

Prompt and efficient, they did a nice basic cleaning job on my house.

I dealt w/Jolanta. She was/is a very nice and professional young lady. I purchased svcs. for two homes: B/c I'm a new customer, the first svc. is a DEEP cleaning. The first set of ladies were on-time & courteous. They did a nice job cleaning w/in the allotted time frame. The second set of ladies were late, due to car problems, I didn't receive a call I had to call Jolanta, but when they got to cleaning they did an EXCELLENT job. I'll be using Helping Hands again & again. Prices were very resonable. The next time they come they'll do a traditional cleaning...I can't wait to see how that goes.
