I contacted Dan to uninstall fridge, dishwasher and gas stove and install new fridge, dishwasher and gas stove. Dan was communicative and explained in detail the work he was doing. He and his nephew did a great job and did this work while we are having a heatwave!

He would have been able to repair appliance but was extremely honest, saying it would make more sense to go with a new one, given the age of the appliance and likelihood that other things could start breaking down, costing me more in the long run. He was very professional, taking the time to explain everything. He even swept area before moving fridge back in position!

Dan called me within an hour of my request and immediately set the appointment. Arrived on time, determined the problems, had the parts, and had the dryer fixed within 2 hours. Explained everything. Very thorough and professional.

Dan was at our house within a day, diagnosed our issue and handled everything better than any other appliance repair company I’ve ever dealt with. This was a difficult situation as I am a seasonal owner and was unable to be present at the house. Dealing with Dan long distance was never a problem. His knowledge of appliances and things that can cause problems other than the actual appliance is amazing. He saved us from needlessly buying a new washer and traced the problem to another area. Dan actually took a video for us to make sure we understood what was happening. Who does that?!
