Jim and his crew are excellent to work with. We are very pleased with the final quality of the project. Jim's project management is excellent. He seamlessly had the different trades working each day without any "no work" days. The communication is excellent with Jim always letting you know what to expect. Jim at the helm leads a truly elite team of professionals who are motivated and dedicated toward providing the highest caliber of craftsmanship. Jim and his crew are and were very polite, professional and very efficient. Jim communicated with any updates and changes that would affect the estimate in any way. Jim and his crew are and were accessible for my questions and with ideas that gave me exactly what I wanted when I didn't have the imagination to see it. Ryan, David, Tyler and the initial gentlemen made me feel more than comfortable with them being in my home.

I called a local remodeling company to take a look at my new home in Racine. I found Elite Improvements and had them look at my home. They started by looking at the roof and worked down to the siding and windows. They found ventilation issues, lack of insulation and a lot of algae on the roof. They came and corrected the issues quickly and efficiently. The crew was professional and courteous of our new home and property. I am very happy with how things went and look forward to doing business with them in the future

Jim came out gave an accurate estimate on our steel roof. Quality and workmanship were excellent. The crew was very polite and even installed a skylight in our roof for us. They cleaned up every day before leaving. My wife and are very pleased with them and plan for more work in the future. A very professional job!

The quartz countertop and stone backslash are beautiful and were well done as was the installation of new lighting. There was some lack of communication between subs though. Drywall repair work is substandard.

Jim at Elite Improvements was sensitive to my needing to get this repair done as soon as possible. He worked my �small project� in during one of his busiest times, by having his workers complete this task on a Saturday (at no extra charge).
