Shawn from Hemlock Homes was very thorough. EVERYTHING is in the report. No one can say he left anything out. He covered even the tiniest detail. The to-do list is massive for the home I want to purchase. We knew that going in but there were also things we didn't know that he found which gave us an opportunity to add to the list of things we want financed into our purchase. He's also very friendly and a joy to talk to. Thank you Shawn!

We walked around the property so I could familiarize him with changes we planned to make, showed location of various problems I thought I saw, then I left him to do his work. He was very thorough and professional, the report was great and I would highly recommend his services again. I also plan to have him inspect my current home in preparation for sellling it myself.

I am a stickler for bed side manners and being very thorough. There were 3 people along for my home inspection and he answered all of our questions, sometimes all at the same time. Shawn was great communicating before and after the inspection. Clarified any additional questions I had with the report. He was great and I will be using him again for future home inspections!!

I was surprised what all went into a home inspection but thankfully he was an upbeat funny guy who took all the worry away from buying our first home, even my daughter liked him and normally my daughter doesn't like anyone!!! I would recommend Sean anytime!!
