Jim was great. Jodi was great. All great. We showed up late and he had another inspection after ours, but he did not rush us at all. Jim was right on time and handled his business very professionally, even after he was attacked by a swarm of wasps. Yikes! That guy is a soldier! He communicated in real people language all the details of the house and realistic suggestions on how to resolve some of the issues without trying to sell us a service. It seems at anytime, I was able to call Jim or the office manager (his wife, Jodie), on the phone with any questions or concerns that I may have had. Once the inspection had been conducted, Jim really took his time to explain what he had found and answer any questions we had for him regarding his work.
