Larry went out of his way big-time to accommodate our need for near-immediately air quality testing. He was very understanding and sympathetic to my wife's problems staying in our home. He made specific recommendations on the spot and had tests that had to be sent to a lab done in one day. We have been out of town for a week and will implement his recommendations upon our return today. Since I don't yet know if his recommendations cure the problem, I did not rate him with 5's across the board. If his recommendations work, he will definitely deserve all 5's. He seems to be much more interested in solving a client's problem than in making a quick buck.
