renovating a condemned home, this man ruined everything he touched. Then told us we should be happy with how it turned out because it is better than it was. Some examples: -Several doors do not work, cannot open/close or latch -The front door on the porch threshold sill is broken -the are literal holes left in the foundation where he removed the addition -there are giant nails sticking out the side of my home where he removed the addition -every switch plate and outlet is surrounded by broken drywall -the kitchen and laundry room pipes freeze -he only put half the shelving in the lower cabinets -there are no cabinet/drawer pulls and the cabinets he bought need them for opening -none of the cabinets, nor any of their doors, were installed straight -the Dutch door was installed on the trim and hinge stile seam so it keeps trying to fall off -all of the flooring is moving because it was not affixed at all, all the flooring is separating at the seams, the laminate literally has waves in it because he was in such a hurry to install that he just rolled it out and cut it to fit (in most rooms it does not actually fit) - the west side/front door has water come in under it -paint is flaking from all the old doors because they were not prepped at all -the drywall texture spray got sprayed everywhere, over doors and windows -white paint sprayed everywhere over windows and doorknobs -hesealed passive heat exchange vents in half the upstairs -he left us with 3 doors to the outside that cannot be locked -there are nails coming up through the floor -he put cupboards over the heat grate for the kitchen and did not vent them -he completely failed to replace 4 windows that he instead caulked into the side of the house to avoid replacing them -there are shards from the cut edges of the countertop coming up, because he did not cut anything straight -he was in such a hurry to get to his next job he left a pile of construction debris in the yard, and 2 ladders -he did not do any work inside the 2 closets in the home, leaving crumbling plaster and holes/exposed lath. -several windows do not have screens -he did not remove any screws/nails/staples/old fixtures from the surfaces he was not replacing and just painted over it all -he left holes in the floor that he covered with laminate flooring. If he did attempt to fix any holes, he used spray foam, which he got all over the flooring and wall I do not fault him for using the cheapest materials he could find, as we did have a budget, but nothing was done well. There is no evidence he put in any work that he-or anyone- could be proud of. The photos I saw of his other work and the reviews I got from his other customers made him sound great to work with. We had the complete opposite experience and I hope no one else makes the same mistake we did. I asked him to come back and make things right and he never responded.

They did amazing. I hired him to rebuild my deck with no one else getting back to me he came took a look and was able to start that week. He listened to all my requests and I love the result. I will hire again for other projects and have been telling others about it as well

It took him 20 minutes and completely fixed my deck stairs that had pulled away from one side of the deck frame. I definitely recommend them.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be contacting again for future jobs.

They repaired an 8 x 12 ft wall, removed the popcorn ceilings, and replaced a closet door which I was very satisfied with. They also replaced a garage & front entry door. I have had several issues with these doors and especially the installation, I contacted Dennis, he said he would come and never heard from him. Called a new contractor, the doors have to be replaced which is going to cost several $1,000. I am not happy about this!

I have had Dennis do several jobs for me and I honestly get more impressed with his work after each project. I would use him again in a heartbeat!
