From start to finish our experience was nothing short of incredible.
Excellent communication- every step of the process was explained.
Wonderful team- the crew of people were really kind, they also did a great job of daily clean up. Also excellent clean up after the job was finished, I have yet to find a nail in my yard.
They are understanding on your needs. At no point in the process did I feel like I was being upsold, I truly feel like they had my best interest at heart.
We were also given time to discuss and decide. There was no pressure and it really make it a stress free process.

Great. The workers were constantly working! They knew what needed to be done and efficiently did it. They wanted to do the job right! We had a supervisor that kept all phases on target. They took care of me as they completed the job. We had no communication problems because of their experience and efficiency! I would definitely call on them again but I don’t think I am going to have problems with my roof anymore. God willing that is.

They went well above and beyond. I hired them to replace my roof, and in doing so they found I had broken trusses They jumped right in and fixed them. They did everything they said they would do. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did. And there prices are extremely fair. I strongly recommend them to anyone need a new roof.

Highly recommend Hennessey Roofing. They were professional, fast, and efficient in replacing our roof and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. We were especially impressed with their representative named Donny, who was honest, friendly, and down to earth. Donny from Hennessy roofing was excellent! Communication was great, he kept me updated as to the status of the job, recommended roofing material and color that worked well with the house. The roofers completed the job in a timely manner and did a great job with clean up. Donny even sent me pictures of the finished roof before I could get to the house to see it. I highly recommend Hennessey Roofing!

Our Project Lead and Sales Manager, Donny Brown, is a consummate professional and the absolute BEST. From the time he did our estimate, through completion of our project, Donny explained the entire process clearly, kept us fully informed at all times, gave us the benefit of his extensive knowledge and experience, expertly led the installation team, and oversaw the execution of an overall EXCEPTIONAL project. The installation team was also Outstanding … totally professional and extremely courteous. They did an amazing job with the installation, as well as the clean up afterward. Tom Hennessy cares for people not just projects. His contractors also painted and did HVAC repairs. Tom and his team work with us, not just our insurance company and appraisers. Tom is our advocate. Hard to find an advocate in your corner with the powerful insurance companies and their red tape!

I am a general contractor for both residential and commercial properties. I used Hennessy Roofing for my personal house because he was recommended and lived in my neighborhood. Worst decision I have ever made. They said they could do metal roofing. Went through 4 or 5 different subs. The metal roof is scratched and still has horrible finish folds. The subs also destroyed my brand new siding. I would never use this company !! Stay away from them

Hail damage July, 2023. Spoke with ten contractors and chose Hennessey after working with Donny. Upgraded to class 4 shingles free. Got the work done on time as promised. Work seems quality. Helped me work with insurance company. Only slight problem was gutter color was a few shades off. Not a biggie. Very pleased and definitely recommend Hennessy Roofing and Donnie in particular.
