DO NOT HIRE!!! I had so many issues with this contractor. He unplugged my refrigerator causing hundreds of dollars of food to spoil. His workers would enter my house without permission. I would come home to find his workers roaming around the upstairs of my house. The one guy he works with would approach me and beg me to give him money on the side They made me feel uncomfortable in my own house. I almost called the police because I felt so unsafe. He left work unfinished and left safety hazards, roofs falling down, and missing steps.

Moyan was responsive and professional in all areas of his work. He arrived when he said he would and worked efficiently. From the time he provided a quote and wrote up a contract, to the completion date of the project it was less than two weeks! The finished product is sturdy, well-finished, and beautiful. I am more than pleased with Henry s Construction and Remodeling and highly recommend Moyan to you. You will not be disappointed!

They arrived around 9am every morning and stayed until around 5pm. They completed the job early. Through out the whole process he explained to me what was going on and let me know his concerns about the job. There was a big snag in the project but he dealt with it, with professionalism and honesty. Once the job was done, we did a walk through so he could answer all my questions and concerns. I am happy that I hired him and would recommend him to family and friends in the future. Not to mention, I may hire him again for another project. I LOVE MY NEW DECK! :)

Very unprofessional, sloppy and lousy. The execution of the work was a total flop and was never fully completed. Some simple examples.... Toilet seat was placed on toilet to look proper but was never screwed on. Grouting in shower is crumbling apart and was never sealed. Project finish date was moved 2-3 times due to his workers not showing up on multiple occasions. Once Moyan received his final payment he began ignoring calls completely and finally reached out asking to be contacted via email only, which he has yet to reply to weeks later. DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. Will be pursuing legal action. Completely unprofessional and a scam artist. It is clear none of his workers are professionals nor even should be working in this field, and their work shows for it. Do NOT get tricked by his promising price. His promising demeanor is only to lure you in and take your money while giving you below minimum quality work for it.

I am in the process of sueing, he hired 2 unexperienced workers, and made alot of costly damages yo my home and many more mistakes along a 2 week period, he exposed my home with asbestos, by removing old vents my basement without permission, costing me 40k+ do not hire this Henry person, unless you want hell to pay... i recommend anybody else, or even better do it yourself.

"I am sorry you have had to resort to bantering me here due to what is currently going on. You hired me to do a job, a contract was signed for an agreed amount which was revised several times by you. I made the necessary changes you wanted and we both signed. I started the job with no complaints and you expressed how excited you were and happy with the progress.. I had an E1 electrician and P1 plumber working there when I told you who the electrician is and his qualification. You stated you did not care about his certification, you just wanted it done cheap. We made no mistakes nor did we touch any asbestos. The day I walked off the job was the same day a licensed asbestos company came to give a quote to have asbestos removed (which you were planning on doing anyways and the quote of for $2,100) If you paid $40,000 to have asbestos removed someone made a big fool of you, please feel free to post the $40,000 cost to remove asbestos. Also, the reason I am putting a lien on your house and suing you is due for breaching the contract and not paying what is due. You shouldn?t have taken on a project you could not afford. You asked me to lower the price when we were already done with ? of the job. The day I walked off the job was when you were talking about you not being able to pay for the job and you weren't happy paying all of this money because you bit off more than you could handle, you then proceeded to go behind my back and started asking all of my workers for their number (after I had already had to speak to you about that on another occasion) Working with you was a nightmare and because of YOUR actions you are now being sued. You are upset and are now trying to take it out on me. I will see you in court and I wish you the best of luck."

Moyan remodeled my whole basement, added a bathroom to the basement as well. After seeing the work he performed in my basement I hired him to remodel my master bath and my kitchen. His prices blew me away. I had a tight budget but he was able to get it all done, and the quality of the work he provided would have never thought I could get with my budget. So happy I found Henry s construction and remodeling. Would definitely recommend them.
