This is the second time they have cleaned the carpets. I have a new puppy and they got out the stains. Also got out the ink stain they could not the first time.

They were in contact when they were coming to the house. They did get out the stains in the rug. One that was an ink stain, they were not able to get out the first time. But two months later, they did.
