My technical Chello was very professional and helpful in explaining what the issue was and why . He show on time and even made a curiosity call prior to come to my house. In and out problem fixed. Knowledge is worth it weight In gold . So thank you Herbert's Appliance repair.

The first time the repairman showed up to fix our dryer (July,16), my daughter said he was at our home no longer than 5 min. He said, "Yep! I knew the problem was the heating element. Too bad I forgot to bring the replacement part. Well, it will be about a week to arrive after ordered...then I'll call to make a new appt." So,finally after a long time w/o a dryer, on Aug. 3, we have our dryer fixed. BUT....my daughter was again the one to let the guy in and she felt extremely uncomfortable with this guy that she called me to come home from work, called her boyfriend to come over, and called a friend to have on the phone talking to her. My daughter is 18 years old mind you, so is very capable of being home alone. As I am hurrying home, she proceeds to call me saying that this guy just took a picture of her on his phone. Yes,she heard the picture sound and she saw herself in a photo on his phone that did not have anything to do with the dryer or even laundry room for that matter. She was in her room which is located next to the laundry room. She was only able to see this as he was showing her a picture of the broken piece from my dryer on his phone. Why not just show her the broken piece? My daughter's boyfriend beat me to the house but my daughter was still physically shaking when I got there.

Repairman was knowledgeable and found and fixed the problem right away. No need for additional appointments.

I ve already use them twice this year and did great work both times. Very efficient and very good pricing for appliance repair.

Glasses in oven door was cracked and it wasn't heating properly. They cam out and replaced the glass, said a part was needed so it would heat properly. Said they would call after it came in. Several weeks later I called and was told the tech closed the ticket, nothing else to be done. Was told the tech would call me but he never did. Called someone else and they got it fixed in about 10 days. DON'T CALL HERBERTS.

They were knowledgeable, upfront about costs, and they guarantee everything. I am completely satisfied with their work on both appliances: dishwasher, and washing machine.

This was for repair on our clothes dryer. The service technician was knowledgeable and very nice to work with. The repair was completed expediently. After a few weeks of use, the dryer is still working like new, so obviously took care of the problem. Without question I can recommend Herberts Appliance Repair! They did a great job for us!

It's never convenient when your refrigerator dies, is it? I contacted one repairman who came but determined that he was not qualified to fix the electrical/control panel problem. He recommended Herbert's appliance repair. The repairman, Cello, was able to verify the diagnosis of the problem, order, and install a replacement part within a few days, much better timing than expected. Cello was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He did an excellent job of completing the repair. My refrigerator works perfectly. I asked if he would come back and replace the ice maker hose in a few weeks. They had to order the hose, but that was done with the same degree of efficiency. It was installed today and is working well. I might add that the ladies at the office were also efficient and friendly. If needed, Ill sure use their services again.

Aaron, the tech who came to our house, knew what the problem was right away! he had the parts the were needed and had the job done in a timely manner. He told us what the price would be before he started any work and that is what we paid. Very pleased with Aaron and Herberts Appliance Repair! would highly recommend them!

The only issues I had were that they couldn't come out for a little over a week and I had to dig out my ancient checkbook because the serviceman forgot his chip (he did say they could send me a bill, though). Otherwise, the customer service was perfect. Jeremy even drove back to the west end from the Heights to get the part for my ancient dryer to get the repair done that day. Even with that, the whole thing only took a little over an hour and he did a super job. My dryer is so quiet now, I keep checking to make sure I remembered to turn it on!

I was contacted within an hour of going on home advisor and since they had a cancelation an appointment was made the same day. I was told that our repairman would be there between 1 and 5 and he arrived at 3:00 p.m.. Josh was very nice , very thorough, and pretty fast . He had the dryer belt that we needed even though I did not have the model number to start with . I am very happy with the service and will definitely call appliance tech again.
