Herb is very responsive, and he and his team work hard to get the job done quickly and done well.

Herbs Service is very unprofessional. I hired them for lawncare and they did not complete the job correctly. I did not think I had to watch them do their work but that was my mistake in trusting them. When I asked for a refund of incomplete services I was given the run around. The owner is VERY unprofessional and shady!! I would recommend that you go with a different service unless you want to waste your time and money!!

Fantastic lawn service!

I could not cut my own grass due to a injury. called them they setup a appointment. Showed up on time we talked then they cut my grass. did a excellent job.

Great guy and offers excellent prices. He was able to cut my grass within just a few hours of calling to set up an appointment. Easy pay too. Overall, fantastic to see such professionalism out there today. Thank you!

Their work was great

It was an overall pretty good experience. My small issue is with the overage of rocks ordered and not being given a credit for that. I would have rather been given a credit than to have the rock on my property, but will find somewhere to use it. Second small issue is from the rock delivery there was some spillage in my front yard that I have to clean up along with 2 tire tracks in my yard. I did contact the contractor about it and no trip was made to clean up. It was not a bad experience overall, if thise 2 things were corrected, I'd give 5 stars. This is an honest review. Good guy to work with, just a little better on the clean up afterwards and better estimate on amount of material.

I inquired about hiring someone to do some landscaping work and to set up a weekly lawn mowing service. I wasn't even home from work an hour and I received a call from Herb. He came out right away to look at the project and to give me some prices. I hired him on the spot and he even mowed my lawn right then and there! Very courteous and great customer service!

Herb's Outdoor Service did a great job. They provide.good value for the money. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with. He is a good person and has a willingness to work hard and do high quality work.
