"Thank you for acknowledging our superior Customer service, you may have purchased the materials prior to visiting with us but I want to make a comment so our customers understand the importance of purchasing new quality materials from reputable sources. We pass through our builder discounts to the customer so you have take advantage of super prices with quality materials. When installing tile using factory seconds, or deeply discounted ceramic and stone tile we find the tiles are not square, and have uneven thickness, Another problem is cutting the tiles, they will leave small chips in the edges when cutting. The flaws can be seen after install and they are very hard to see when you are making your purchase. Just stay away from deals too good to be true."
