Hercules Foundation Repair and Remodeling

Bottom line up front: if you're looking for good treatment, a fair price, and a quick response, Hercules is where you need to go. Bought a house with a pier and beam foundation. The house had been moving for years. Called the office, they schedule Allen to come out. He did a wonderful job of assessing the situation, had the team out in less than 3 weeks and the job was done in less than a month. They raised the back half of the house as much as 4 inches in some places. Completely different feel. The house feels solid now. Very happy with the work. I'd call'em again if I had to but I don't think I'll need'em for another 20 years. They get my vote.

Excellent Customer service from time of evaluation to project completion. This was a Great company to work with. Everything was handled in a timely manner and they kept the jobsite clean.

Verbal promises not kept. Still no diagram/schematic of sewer line tunneling, weeks after alleged "completion" of project. Worksite left uncompleted. Theft of property inside home while job was in process. Property taken out of home and thrown away as trash into organic recycle bin. Inspector was not informed of tunneling.

Unfortunately, we found out that the previous home owner lied about foundation issues and succeeded with the sale since we were unaware of what to look for. This company was amazing from the very first phone call. I requested a quote and immediately received a call back with an appointment the very next day. Allen Alexander and Zack were very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. On the day of the estimate, we explained that we had put our remodeling on hold due to the foundation issues. Allen was very helpful and was able to squeeze us into their schedule to start the very next week. Their pricing was great for all the work our home needed. Workers were professional, polite, and very respectful. Even with the weather not cooperating, they continued to work without a complaint. When the job was done everything was swept, cleaned and all around the home looked neat and patterned out as if nothing was done. We have been in San Antonio for only a few years and it has been hard to find good, trustworthy people. I am so glad we found Hercules Foundation. They made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. Knowing that we have a lifetime warranty with a company like this makes us feel at ease. We would definitely reccomend this company to anyone searching for foundation/home leveling repair.

The project got finished on time, keep me informed, every time I had questions they answer and explain to me, good customer service Mr. Collins always answer the phone, and he takes care of his customers, Mr. Jairod and his crew did a great job. I am a happy customer!

Very good experience overall. The team showed up ready to get to work, and completed the project well ahead of the estimated timeline. Very courteous and communicated exactly what was being done at every step of the process.

My pier and beam house was built around the end of WW2 and the bathroom looked like it had been there. I had foundation issues due to old water damage and the floor felt like it was on the verge of collapse. The foundation was done relatively quick and raised the bathroom 1.5 inches. A few cracks but nothing a little putty and paint couldn't fix. They were in and out in about 3 days and you wouldn't even know they were there with the way they respectfully took care of everything. Next was the bathroom remodel. The bathroom had to go down to the studs and the frame. All supports were reinforced and pipes replaced. To help assist with expediting this, have a list of everything you want ahead of time and start ordering asap. Supply lines are still not the best and was able to swap some materials out to comparable on the shelf replacements. Keep the concept in mind but be flexible with the details and you won't be disappointed. This stalled completion by a week but overall was completed in a little over 3 weeks. The house does not shake the pictures when you walk thru it now and the bathroom sparkles and shines vs being a scary place to walk into. I highly recommend Hercules Foundation and Home Remodeling. Allen Alexander is a warm individual to work with and put me at ease to face the challenges ahead. The pricing was very fair for the amount of work that was done. Felix and Mike the storyteller made the foundation work feel like it was a walk in the park. Rodger the carpenter was with me every step of the way on the bathroom and wrangling the ordering and the trades teams like a boxing champion. Dave the tile master was cutting edge with his impromptu design. They were all very pleasant to work with, very professional and highly skilled at what they do and they do it well. Respectful of working in your home and kept it clean like if they were working in their own home. If you are interested in having this type of work done, I would highly recommend talking with these folks as you are gathering your bids. Every time I walk by my new bathroom, I stop and smile.
