Hercules Garage Door Services

Superior service and price.

Extremely punctual. Quick repair. Complete repair. Did not try to sell me "up" but after a few questions I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and thorough tune up of the entire door operation. I would enthusiatically reccomend Hercules for quality of work, price, and quality parts. And he totally explained the repairs and why they needed to be implemented. Great People!!!

They came on time and finished job as they said will take. Cleaned after the job. Only thing was he forgot or pretend to forget the deal we made over the phone and was trying to charge more for item he said will include. but his partner remember the conversation we had and I did not pay extra.

They were prompt, professional and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you

Outstanding

Very personable and honest. I even learned a few things about garage doors myself - very good guy, will recommend to others.

RL arrived and quickly determined what was needed to fix the door. He was prompt, polite, professional, and did not push any unneeded work or repair on me. He mentioned some things to look for in the future and also suggested some other repairs. He also gave me some PM advice to help maintain my door.

Great Job. RL and his crew were very courteous and the job was excellent.

The repair went very well.

Quick, easy and complete. Thanks

"RL", the Tech from Hercules came out within 2 hours of my call to his company and completely replaced my 2 car aluminum garage door springs and the automatic garage door system that was defective. He was prompt, courteous and very helpful in directing me to the right choices so that I would not have to repeat the experience of these damages again. He confirmed all his hardware claims by pointing out articles in Consumers Reports that made me feel secure in my decisions. I would highly recommend this company anytime (and I have worked with up to four different overhead door companies before). Thanks "RL". - A Flower Mound resident.

Provided excellent service with top notch customer relation skills.

They did an excellent job and met my expectations. They did the work themselves and spoke with me to assure they were meeting my project goals. They also were creative in solving issues with the project.

Offered sound, honest advice, price was fair and work was effective. Good experience. I would hire them in the future.

They did excellent work. They worked with us about the time to do the project. They came on time.

Good experience, will use his service again.
