Roy's experience is invaluable, especially if you are like me and don't really know the first thing about electric work. He gave me several options and we explored different prices etc.. Very personable and professional and reliable.

Our job was small: we needed an outlet installed but in a tight space. Roy understood what we were looking for and quoted us a good price. There were a couple of complications with the job which were out of his control, and that required him to retun the next day. He was prompt, explained everything well, and was unphased by a very curious toddler who wanted to observe the entire operation. I would hire him again.

Roy responded immediately and followed up the next day so I rate the Customer Service as top notch. Value was also top notch. I gave him a slightly lower rating on Quality because he came to my house without his truck so did not have any tools with him. I believe that was because when I reached him on the phone, he was already on his way home for the day and went out of his way to stop by my house. I appreciated the quick response so the lack of tools was not a major problem.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, they were not going to be able to make the appointed time. They called to let us know, and rescheduled for an hour later. They did show up on time. The work was done quickly. Would recommend them.

Roy called within an hour of posting the request, and was able to provide a same-day quote. He completed the job, plus some extras we added, over the next two days. He was a pleasure to work with and made several suggestions for making the wiring in our old house safer, cleaning up some poorly done connections done by the previous owner.
