Project (June-September 2020): 9 windows, 3 New Construction, 6 Retrofit, 1 Sliding Glass Door. All windows were outfitted with new window sills and frames on the interior. (Millgard Ultra Line/ black ). Work quality - While installers were friendly and professional, I had to ask for a follow-up visit to address the following: 1.) Touch up caulk around windows. 2.) Remove plaster from the patio that was not cleaned up properly. 3.) Missing window. Customer Service - Office and sales staff were friendly and responsive. Value for Money - The quote was competitive. Final Note: While I ran into a few issues above (hence no 5-star rating), Heritage was responsive and resolved all outstanding issues satisfactorily. The windows are great - I would recommend the Ultraline any day!

Did not opt for storm windows. Was amazed at the difference in the heating bill! Windows work great and fit like a glove. Price was just in my ballpark. You would not know by the quality of their products, installers and service people. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for Quality Windows at a surprisingly low price.

Heritage was very responsive to questions, providing estimates, schedules for installation and actual installation of 5 windows. They were prompt and got the job done well, quickly, and cleanly. We are very happy with Heritage. We love our new windows!

They came out on short notice, on Fourth of July, and got my garage door fixed. The guy also convinced me to replace all the rollers. But it is on the pricey side, and the guy left greasy hand prints everywhere so the whole garage smells bad.

My 14 year old garage door opener stop working on a Sunday. I talked to Heritage and they sent Raymond out the same day. He completed the work efficiently and was friendly and courteous. The price was fair.

I hired Heritage before for another garage door problem. At that time they vastly overcharged me for parts (3 times the price I could find at Home Depot), and they refunded some after I complained. This time I reported a problem, and they quoted an amount of $125 to fix it. I had expected the problem to be difficult, but it turned out no parts were required and the technician spent a mere 15 minutes. I was still charged $125. When I again complained, I was promised a refund of $26, which has yet to arrive. The picture is becoming clear that this company overcharges structurally. I will no thire them again.

I got the call from Sarkis Karapetian at Heritage Overhead Door within 60 seconds of entering my information in ServiceMagic, on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. He sent an installer over the same day, and we decided to replace, rather than repair, my existing garage door opener. I think a paid a little more than I might have if I had ordered the unit online and had it installed by someone; but the work was done the same day, and the installer, Julian, worked with the speed and confidence of someone who absolutely knows what he's doing.
