The work that was was done was substandard for the work when finally completed and did not follow up when attempted to reach to correct the issues.

We love our new fence. They did a great job. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting a fence installed.

They are not professionals. Not happy with the work that was done. Uneven and post do not match. Breaks in fence. Woodblock used where the support meats corner post. Not a professional job for the money spent.

I hired these guys from the new office in Clarksville, TN. Their prices and timeline to do the work were better than other quotes I received. The local crew, lead by Miguel, was punctual, polite, and professional. Though they were a bit inexperienced. They ran into some issues getting the gates installed properly. The owner, Phillip, came in from Chattanooga and assisted/directed the local crew on installing gates. I had to compromise on several issues in order for them to complete in a timely manner (walk thru gate turned into a drive-thru gate because they had not planned for a post in the middle of my concrete sidewalk, a caster on the bottom of one gate because they installed a 4x4 gate post instead of a 6x6, shorter than optimal gate down rods because they were unable to locate the ones that should be installed) I also voiced several concerns with Phillip over structural and cosmetic issues. Phillip assured me that his company guaranteed workmanship for a year after install. I contacted Phillip and Greyson to have a couple of the items fixed. After waiting almost 2 weeks, I told Phillip to just leave me the materials and I would fix them myself. After another week and a few more phone calls, someone dropped off a couple of pickets for me to do the work. In the process of replacing pickets on a brand new fence, I realized that the blocking for the down rod brackets for the drive-thru gates were only attached to pickets and not the frame of the gate. I voiced concerns about the down rod issues during the install and Phillip assured me that this would be corrected. After a couple more phone calls, I was in a polite argument with Phillip on the work that needed to be done. Phillip assured me again that they would repair the issues, but not sure when that would be. I anticipate that the buck will get passed back and forth between Greyson and Phillip a few more times and that I will have to call again before all is resolved. Bottom line is that Heritage Fence and Repair generally do good work. The Clarksville install crew is great. The problem is with the follow thru. My advice is to withhold the final payment until you are 100% satisfied with the job. I am having to follow up with issues that I pointed out during the install.

They should have replaced more pickets.

The workers were very polite and explained everything they were doing. They cleaned up everything after they were done and did a good job.

These guys work fast and efficient. They made sure I was satisfied with everything before they were complete. Really glade I went with the company.

Heritage Fence did a fantastic job and our 6ft privacy fence is beautiful! Philip and his crew were on time and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Heritage Fence and I give them 10 stars. You really do not need to look any where else for a fence company. Thank you so much for a job well done!

Horrible communication from office staff and installation crew. It took days and sometimes weeks for an email, text or phone call to be returned. When the crew showed up on 7/16 they said they didn't know what they were doing and asked me to show them. I proceeded to show them the back yard and the one side of the yard that needed to be fenced. When he seen an existing damaged fence was there he tried to argue that they couldn't remove that fence. I showed him the quote that has the demo fee included. He agreed to demo it but had to call to get another guy with a truck and trailer to come to the location. While working they had to leave several times to "get more supplies". After several hours of them working I noticed them loading up and leaving. I went out back and it appeared the job was done. They never let me know it was complete. No once ever had me look at the work to make sure I was happy. Upon inspection of the fence we noticed a manufactures defect. On 7/16, 7/17 and 7/20 I call and left messages. Never received a call. 7/22 I received an email with an invoice for the remaining balance. 7/23 I replied to the email letting them know I would not be paying it until my issues were addressed. Later that night I received a reply that said someone from the crew would be contacting me ASAP. I was never contacted. On 7/29 I received an email saying my bill was now 7 days past due. I replied to the email letting them know I still have not had anyone contact me and I will not be paying the bill until someone contacts me and fixes the issues. On 8/1 I finally received a reply saying she sent it over to the crew the week before to contact me. She was going to send it again and she was going to let her husband, co-owner know about the issues and they would get it handled this week. Finally on 8/4 I received a text and email letting me know her husband was on his way to my house to look at the fence. He did show up and was able to fix the problem in less than 30 mins. I would never recommend them to anyone.

They were always quick to get back with me when I had questions, and they gave me a good price for a quality fence. It actually only took a day and a half for them to complete the fence, and the work looks great! I would definitely recommend Heritage Fence and Repair to anyone looking to have a fence built.

Repairs don ell. Change in fence (add a gate) also done well. Looks great and will improve yard access for mechanized vehicles.
