Excellent work, excellent price, excellent communication. I am very satisfied with my floors and the service. Matt communicated with me promptly, before, during, and after the project. Matt agreed to meet at our location right away to look at our project. He provided his quote in a timely manner. He agreed on a start date before we accepted his quote. He started and finished the project on time. The quality of his work is excellent. He refinished all our wood floors in the kitchen, dining room and living room. The heavy use areas were pretty worn and there were decent sized gaps in some places. Now all those gaps are filled in and the entire floor surface looks perfect. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and the end result.

I had my wood floors refinished and I love them. Thayer Remodeling was willing to work on the hottest days of the year so that he could work me into his and my schedule. I needed to have my floors done so I could move in and it was less than a week from the time I had an estimate to the day the floors were finished. I highly recommend Thayer!!

Matt came in with a substantially lower bid than the other two bids, and we love our refinished floors! Matt was also very responsive and did a great job communicating throughout the project. In the end, he even offered to loan me some equipment to help us move our heavy stuff back into the house so that we didn't damage the floors. We took him up on the offer at no charge, and it was quite helpful.

Our project was relatively small and Matt was the only one interested. We are off the beaten path, so it made it difficult for him to perform the follow-up stages. Nonetheless, he scheduled us in the mix of assignments he had and worked both Saturday and Sunday. Craftsmanship was excellent and very affordable. We'd highly recommend his services to everyone
