I had a new HVAC system installed by ( remove company name) which is now Heritage. I called Heritage about a service plan. They said a service needs to be done. I said your company just changed my filter and cleaned the system (literally a week ago). They said only the tech can sign you up so we need to do another service. I said I did not need another service. They insisted. I talked to Chris, one of the service managers and he would not budge. I called again and explained situation. Never heard back. Will not be doing business with a company that does not return phone calls when a customer is begging them to take money for a service plan. Such a poorly run company. So done with them.

All plumbers are expensive, but their Pricing was in line with others I consulted Job was done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the results

While pricing seemed to be on the higher end, they were able to reschedule our appointment and completed the work done quickly. They brought the exact devices we requested and we're glad they're in. They also fixed a loose connection and explained things well with testing the detectors, etc.

Very professional. Jonathan went out of his way to make us comfortable with our choices. He was always available if we had questions. He is an asset to heritage.

Many people complain about too expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. Yes I could have picked cheaper but I researched the furnace they recommended, Amana, always in the top 5. When the installation was done I was surprised to find items not included with contract were repaired with no comment. Their service, maintenance and equipment are 5*

We had an issue with the technician that came to the house. The technician did not run a cycle for the dishwasher to see if it ran and drained properly. We had to troubleshoot and have a second technician come out.

The work is still to be done 2nd week of January Iâ  ll let you know So far, Iâ  m impressed with the professionalism, knowledge about what needs to be done, and the willingness to work with the tiling company, to make sure everything will turn out well.

If you don't mind slighty higher cost, it is offset by excellent workmanship.

They were a financial nightmare for me. Due to the 2 weeks of searching for a plumber I felt I had No choice since the Heritage plumber came right away. I could not keep washing dishes in the tub and could not really cook. Being out of work currently, If I could have found another plumber this job might have cost less than Half of what I paid Heritage. Horrible financial experience being taken advantage of with unreasonable rates.

Valve installed was faulty. They fixed it, but I had no hot water for 2 days - over the weekend. My call on Sat was not returned until Monday.
