Write a ReviewGreat work
Bought a heat pump from them 3 years ago. Cooling has never worked in the summer, heating fails twice every year in winter. Even when it works it can't heat the house over 65 degrees. The problem is always the same, a leak in the line they installed. Instead of fixing the leak, they refill the refrigerant every time and charge me a few hundred dollars. Every time I have helpfully told them about the continuing leak issue, but they don't listen. Once one of their technicians told me he knew it was a leak but he would just refill the refrigerant and the the problem went away. Another noticed the leak but instead of fixing it cranked up the electrical backup power without telling me, leading to a horrible electrical bill this winter. Now that the heat pump is out of warranty they are recommending a $3000 repair of the problem they should have fixed three years ago.
