Papalia Home Service

I have been using Papalia Home Services for several years for HVAC and plumbing, and I have always received excellent service. They have since added electrical services, which is great since good reliable electricians are hard to find. The appointments are easy to schedule, either online or by telephone, and the communication is excellent. The Service Technician, James, arrived within the designated window of time, and was efficient, friendly, courteous and professional. His work, which was an overall review of my wiring and outlets, was performed quickly, and everything was explained verbally and in a written report. The organization places a high value on customer service and they go out of his way to ensure that all questions are answered. I highly recommend them.

I like how they get to the root of the problem to fix it. Apposed to replacing parts to get it to work. Typically, they do the right thing. They figure out what is actually wrong let homeowner know, then make repairs. Also I love how they're wearing shoe coverings for when they enter the house it's hygienic, helpful, thoughtful for people with young kids crawling around the floors.

When temps hit the 90s this year, we turned on the AC in our new house, and nothing happened. Mild panic and one sweaty overnight ensued while I tried (unsuccessfully) to figure out the issue. The next day I called Papalia Home Services, and a few hours later our savior arrived in the form of Amanda. Amanda was incredibly helpful and friendly (our dog loved her), and worked quickly. She identified two issues keeping our AC from working -- some faulty thermostat wiring, and an electrical issue with an air handler. Very quickly and skillfully, she had solved both problems, and things were working perfectly... and she did it all quietly enough that she didn't wake a sleeping baby. Our experience with Papalia and Amanda was great. We'll definitely call them again if the need arises.

Papalia Home services always does an excellent job. I’ve used them many times. Usually I can get a same-day appointment, even if it’s not an emergency. They’re very responsive and skilled. Recommend highly

Hi guys it’s actually my husband that dealt with Seamus. He states that he is polite, intelligent & well informed. We haven’t made a decision yet in reference to the hot water situation. We just got the quote. The actual service hasn’t taken place so we can’t review the service point . The basic interaction & consultation went well. No service has been provided at this point.
