I used Zac of Heritage Homebuilders to build an Accessory Dwelling Unit in 2024. Not only did they do a quality job, Zac also designed the unit. Zac stands by his work and I found the pricing to be very fair. I would absolutely use Heritage Homebuilders again if I have another build project, and I would recommend them to anyone considering a new build or remodel.

Zach was such a knowledgeable and friendly owner to work with. He installed all the kitchen cabinets and it went so well we had him come back and install the vanity and linen closet in the bathroom. Very professional and caring individual.

I can not express how happy I am to have met and hired Zac with Heritage Homebuilders. I have had AWFUL luck with contractors in my time out here but working with this company was a breath of fresh air. The integrity and work ethic from this team was unbelievable. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They worked hard and as fast as they could while still maintaining great attention to detail. As well as assisting me with product selection. They managed the entire project and any 3rd party teams for the remodel. Thank you Heritage Homebuilders for everything you’ve done! Definitely will be calling you guys again for future projects.
