Above & Beyond Painting and Home Services

They were nice to work with, very fast and good. I'd hire them in the future.

I discussed areas of concern with Sam

the painter bought cheap paint made work look fair

The contractor was very professional and did an excellent job, made recommendations to improve the quality of the job and checked in with his workers on site to insure excellent performance.

What a great turn out! I am so proud of my bedroom I show it off to everyone. You took a closet and turned it into a wall. You removed a bathroom door that connected to my room and turned that into a wall for me. You removed all my wallpaper and primed for me all in just a few days. And the turn out was great! I will recommend you to everyone. Thank you Sam and Sam jr!

Sam was very quick and did a very good wall repair and paint job. He was able to come over assess the job and complete the job in 3 days. I had never hired anyone to do this type of work on my home before so I didn't know what to expect except what I read from this web site. Sam didn't have any contract or did not state what he needed from me in the beginning so that was a communication breakdown. Same was very trustworthy, he came to my home when I was not there and he gave me the cost of him to complete the job and it did not change. I would hire Sam for future home improvement jobs.

Sam has fulfilled all obligations to me, and in a very professional way. I would recommend Sam to anyone needing such services as he provides. Thank You

I am submitting an update to the first rating that was sent a few days ago. We by no means meant to cause any damage to the reputation of Heritage Painting & Decorating LLC. Mr. Mazzola came out and made adjustments and apologized to my parents for any misunderstanding. They are satisfied at this time and the final days were spent giving extra care and time which was of impeccable quality. We too apologize for any problem this may have caused the business. All has been completed and settled at this time, with both parties in agreement. We do recommend Heritage to other families and businesses for future jobs!

This is a letter just to inform you of how satisfied my husband and I are with Sam Mazzola of Heritage Painting & Decorating LLC. Mr. Mazzola sat down with my husband and myself and explained everything in detail that would need to be done to complete this job. The job was scheduled quickly and completed without incident. Mr. Mazzola was a great person to work with. Sam is extremely personable, professional and understanding of his customers needs. He was easy to get a hold of and returned all calls promptly. His employees were clean, well trained and very courteous. When my husband and I returned home we found the house in great shape. There was almost no evidence that anyone was there, with the exception of a great looking ceiling. The work was completed with great quality and efficiency. The outcome was much more than I had expected. I will refer all friends and family in need of drywall repairs and painting to Heritage Painting and Decorating LLC. Please consider referring Mr. Sam Mazzolas company and if need you may use me as a reference.

We were not satisfied with the fact that they gave us a good quote but then raised the price $300 after the job was finished! The only reason they raised the price is because they removed some pieces assuming that they would be doing the carpet, even though we had only asked them for a quote.

Very professional, very understanding, very courteous & trustworthy. While the price of the work ended up a bit higher than the original quote, it was fair as there ended up being more work (repair & such) than originally noted. Was nice enough to work around my schedule, even willing to work well past typical business hours to get the job done. Work was done in promised time frame & is absolutely beautiful. Made my house & the work their top priority. Sam & his crew were an abolute pleasure to work with. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else for this type of work in the future.

It was very hard to get ahold of Sam, but once the details were worked out things were smooth. Came down quite a bit from the orginal estimate.

Sam Mazzola and his crew are total professionals. We called upon their painting expertise and were very pleased with the results. Timing of the job and quality of work were also excellent, at a reasonable cost.

Final price for repair job was an increase from initial quote. After job was completed I didn't feel the increased price was justified.

High quality of work, clean, and trust worthy. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Will contact them for future jobs.

beautiful work, very meticulous, trustworthy

Please ignore previous comment--computer locked up and didn't finish it. Answered all questions; was very polite and could be reached anytime via cell phone. Called Mr Mazzola the next day after job was completed to correct minor painting flaws from previous painting/wall treatments done by other companies. Contractor was back on site within 4 hrs and repainted 3 walls to our satisfaction. Job is beautiful! We are very happy and would rehire for other jobs.
