This is a first class company. The recent flooding caused my liner to float and leak, on top of that my daughter was getting married by the pool in two weeks and I was also out of town for that two weeks, they came out drained it, got the measurements, got it done and looking perfect for the wedding. The company is true to there word and a true lifesaver. Thanks guys BZ

These guys were wonderful! They were very attentive to our needs and concerns. They thoroughly explained what the problems were, explained in detail what are various options were and didn't pressure us into more costly fixes. Every person that I had contact with at Heritage Pools, LLC was more than helpful. They returned my calls promptly and were always courteous and polite. The technician that came to the house to clean the pool was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what services he was performing. He was also prompt and efficient. Heritage Pools worked with me on the cost of services, which allowed me to contract future services with them. I would highly recommend them for your pool needs.

I am so happy with the entire process that I feel compelled to write a review. Never had to replace a pool liner before, so I didn't know what to expect. Michael Gesmond was my contact and he knew exactly how to explain to me what needed to be done, and gave me a couple of options as well. He guided me through choosing the liner and installed on time and did the work well beyond my expectations. I absolutely love my pool again thankis to the team at Heritage Pools.

Michael if very professional and very informative. He is an excellent teacher. I am a first time pool owner and he was very patient when teaching me how to care for my pool myself. He helped me turn my green sludgy swamp into a crystal clear swimming pool. He installed a salt cell. He is very knowlegable about the equipment he installs. He is eager to be of assistance.
