Heritage Quality Maintenance

Do not hire!  Do not give this company (Herritage Quality Maintenance - Robert) one penny.   I hired this company/person and then paid him $856.??!!!   (After he got started the first day, he came to me and asked for payment. Because he seemed so eager and showed such initiative, I paid him in the idea of "good faith." (Big mistake, horrible judgment on my part!)   What I got out of it?    My lawn mowed 3 times!   His bid was for tree trimming, shrub pruning, weeding, putting in new edging, new mulch, mowing, edge trimming, and  blowing.   Supposedly, an all-around monthly yard maintenance after the initial bid was completed at a higher rate than what I had been paying, but I was supposed to be getting a better service.   What I got was some half assed trimming (never finished), 3 rushed through mowings, no mulch, no edging put down, and a really bad attitude and service.  It took 2 full months to get those 3 mowings!   With me begging each week for him to show up and do t

When he was here he did a great job. I felt he was unreliable. 3 times he said he would be here and 3 times he did not show up. My neighbor paid for work that has not been done or even started. After nearly 2 weeks. We have lost confidence. It is a shame as he is a hard worker with better than average care of landscaping and lawn maintenance. Grass this time of year needs to be maintained every week not every few weeks or at least communicate.

We hired Heritage Quality Maintenance recently. Their work was beyond our expectations.
