It went well. Was a little more than I wanted to spend but he was very competative.

Worst experience ever! Jake is the most unreliable and unaccountable person I have ever met. From day 1, Jake promised 5 guys working on the job, which would take 4-5 days to complete (reasonable estimate). In reality, 2 guys were there, who were late daily, and at times, only 1. The job took 1.5 months, and after 3.5 months, I�m still waiting for Jake to finish a 10 minute job, despite countless promises. Jake is the epitome of false promises. His usual excuse is that he is "the boss", and can't be there. If you are looking for a full-time of job tracking someone down to hear excuse after excuse, Jake is your man.

They were very quick to get back to me, said they would come when I was at work and it appears they did come. However, some of the corners I asked them to seal still leak and I called, tried to tell them about the problem, didn't have a good connection on their end and thought they would call back. However they didn't!

Jake and his crew were AMAZING! Jake was incredibly knowledgeable about natural slate roofs and gave me insight on how to best care for it to ensure longevity. He and his crew worked diligently and did an outstanding job! I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and professionalism of this company. Being a landlord, I have worked with many companies and contractors. Never have I been more satisfied with cost and quality of service as I have been with Heritage Roofing and Remodeling! I highly recommend them for ALL roofing and remodeling needs!

I am quite pleased with which the speed and efficiency the work was done. Jacob Finley and his helper were very friendly and polite and I would happily call on them again ....

Although they were late for our first appointment, they called me to alert me 15 minutes in advance to let me know they would be late. Once arrived Jake was thorough in describing the issue causing my leak. He emailed me a quote almost immediately nd threw in a free gutter cleaning on top of the repair. We had small rain this morning and so far no leak. I would use them again.

WOW, WOW what a great Guy Jake is!!! He was a PRO! , kind, great listener and mad only the repair recomendations needed. I hired him on the spot becouse he was the contractor who acualy got up on my roof to evaluate the real issue... Very quick response from Jake at Heritage. He even did a temporary fix on the tiles while he searched for matching replacement tiles. He clearly described what needed to be done and used photos as part of the discussion which was helpful.

Jake, the owner,called me immediately after I submitted a ServiceMagic request online. He came to my house a few hours later and despite gusty, blowing winds climbed right up two stories and replaced and repaired shingles that my homeowners insurance wanted corrected. I was happy with the quick repair job he did on my roof and he said he had a remodeling company too and they could put a privacy fence up for me. Owner Jake Finley didn't show up on a beautiful day when he said he would costing me a days pay as I waited at home for him, instead came out late the next day with his young son in pouring down rain to put up a 6 foot tall privacy fence along one side of our property line. Unfortunately I was at work and his only call to me was asking how he was going to get paid. He threw cigarette butts all over my yard, trampled my flowers and the worst part is he didn't bury the 8 foot support posts as he should have leaving 13+ inches above the top of the fence. He also wanted more money then what he quoted us saying it was more of a job then we initially said. The fence panels are crooked, the cemented in place posts need reburied deeper and he text messaged me that he would be back out to correct it all and I haven't heard from him since.

A small section of my gutters were pulling away from the facia. Jake reattached them quickly with the service call. He did more than asked by sealing around the gutters. Very knowledgeable and professional.
