Michael the owner and Jimmy the ramp installer were excellent to work with. Due to an injury we needed a wheelchair ramp installed. I contacted Michael who immediately made an appointment to measure our project. The ramp was installed the next day by Jimmy who was courteous, fast, and very efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Michael Bradrick went above and beyond - he heard our need to get to the Doctor on Friday of that week. I asked if he knew of anyone to help get the patient down the stairs while we prepared to get a ramp. He did all that and MORE! On Thursday he arrived with the specs and the ramp and he and his helper worked until after 8:00 pm to finish the ramp. On Friday we were able to roll down the new ramp and off to the doctor. We can not say enough about working with Michael and getting his advice.

I'm sorry that it has taken so long to respond. My elderly father took 2/3 of the month in Montana. It was 'by chance' that I found Heritage. I guess Googling really isn't by chance. I was impressed with his ethics and his employee was very personable. We had a slight problem with the type of knockdown plaster, but Heritage came back. The problem was fixed and I'm pleased with the finished product.
