Benito and his team were amazing! He showed up same day to provide us with a price quote and work started the following week. Both projects (interior painting and exterior deck repairs) took a day to complete as promised and his employees were kind, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. What more can you ask for?

Benito is absolutely AMAZING to work with. His team built our dream patio for our new home including pouring the concrete, building a roof and running electricity. His quote came in much better than other larger companies. His team was able to complete the project in 2 weeks. He presented ideas that helped us make the space better. I was in constant contact with Benito throughout the project via texts and in-person conversations that really made sure we were on the same page. This addition has transformed our home and we couldn’t be more happy with how this turned out.

I cannot say enough good things about Benito. I initially hired him to build a retaining wall to help solve the problem of standing water in my yard. After I got the estimate Benito came out again and said he didn’t think retaining wall would solve problem. After 2 more visits he said he thought the best way to solve problem was to install a French drain and put in a concrete patio. Benito did this while staying as close to my budget as materials would allow. I feel that Benito went above and beyond to solve my problem. French drain has helped tremendously and I no longer have a saturated area in my yard. I would recommend Benito as I think he is a very helpful, honest and genuine person.

Still waiting on staining so it is not complete. The wood must cure and the weather must cooperate.

I hired the provider to repair two screens on a screened porch. I provided measurements. The contractor made an assumption that screen he had on hand would be the right size and quoted me $640 for total job. Contractor came to my home with screen he had and removed one of my existing screens and then said what he had was not the correct size. I paid his workers $200 for coming out. He called and store and got a quote of $368 to get a roll of the screen that was the correct size. I called the store and paid for the screen and he picked it up. He then said it would be $640 to install the screen I already ordered and paid for in labor costs.

LV Solutions did a great job with replacing rotting areas of fascia boards on my house. Benito was great to work with, prompt with communication and he and his team did good work for a fair price. 5 star recommendation!

LV Building Solutions installed a french drain and poured a concrete pad. Benito and Sergio did a fantastic job. LV Building Solutions is the only contractor I will use for home projects and improvments. You will not find anyone better that can beat their price. 5 Stars with one extra on top! Helped me changing existing window to door, did flooring for my new sunroom, painted my kitchen ceiling and diverted my range hood vent. I can not ask for more. Done timely and professionally.
