Manny contacted me within minutes of my request for service on my oven door, and came out the same day which was very impressive. Unfortunately he misdiagnosed the problem and said the part needed was no longer made, so he could not fix it. I suggested several times that the oven door did not close right, and a broken latch did not make sense, but he insisted, so I paid him $85. After thinking about having to live with an oven door that did not close, I called another company who came out and fixed it within 10 minutes without any parts. I tried calling Manny to tell him about the solution and requesting at least a partial refund, but his voice mail box was full twice and the third time I left a message requesting he called me which he never did. Then I sent an email which he never responded to either. I have been hesitant to write a bad review on this company because he seemed so nice and wanting to work, but I would not recommend you hire him for appliance repair because I do not think he is qualified and he did not respond to my calls or emails.

This gentleman cashed our 810.00 check and never came back to do the work. Never returned our calls.

This company have taken several thousand dollars from us for a new gas range and materials to replace an old gas range over the last couple on months, yet the project remains unfinished with excuses of lack of time to work on it while we do without a gas stove and oven. True, delays in shipments of parts has added to the delay,but the most aggravating thing is promises to come work on the project and never showing up, with no phone calls say why the no show. Very aggravating for Mr. L to take time off from work to be home and no one shows up! I would not recommend hiring this company...too undependable! Project finally finished today and looks great! Only thing lacking in this company is Manny's commitment to his customers and his work which could use a lot of improvement.

You should hire Manny. Our dryer quit heating. He did a same day assessment, ordered the replacement part for next day delivery and set the installation appt when the part was expected to arrive. Disruptions to the original order did not keep him from keeping his commitment, so he picked up another part locally. He installed the part on time and the dryer works wonderfully. Manny has a diverse skill set that is strong on on site problem solving. I felt good about supporting Manny as an emerging entrepreneur. You will too.
